The Debt Management Plan (DMP) offered by Consumer Credit Counseling Services is a confidential program individually designed to provide you with a unique solution for your financial situation.
Our professional, certified counselors will evaluate your financial situation, assist in creating a spending plan, and negotiate the repayment terms of your debts with creditors. By negotiating terms such as lower interest rates and waived late fees, CCCS can often provide you with more affordable payments and a shorter payoff period. CCCS will consolidate all of your unsecured debts into one convenient monthly deposit that will be disbursed directly to your creditors.

Counselors are available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week to help answer your questions or start a counseling session. After you have made your first deposit, you may contact customer service at 1-866-889-9347 Monday thru Friday between the hours of 7am – 11pm CST, or, Saturday 7am - 7pm CST. Clients can obtain detailed information about their individual program by utilizing our customer information line or our website.
